JOB OVERVIEW: Greet and serve the guests according to standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
2. Answer any guest questions about the menu.
3. Check food before serving it to guest to as certain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
4. Operating an industrial dishwasher
5. Helping clean up any broken dishes and any spills
6. Properly cleaning dishes and storing
7. Follow sanitation policies at all times
8. Performing opening and closing duties 
9. Performing cleaning projects and side work
10. Sweep, mop and scrub floors
11. Perform any other job related duties as assigned
12. Maintain breakfast according to brand standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. 

Previous food service experience strongly preferred.

Food Handlers permit strongly preferred.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.
