Life as an Executive Chef:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Responsible for back of house
- Full restaurant and banquet menus
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
- Performs other duties assigned
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

First, you will become familiarized with the property and your associates! From there we'll have you work within the hotel food and beverage operations where your leadership will really shine! As you continue to work in this role, you'll become a key contributor to the hotel's success!
