Summary: LDHG is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the TownePlace Suites located in Omaha, NE. This position will be responsible for arriving, departing and in-house guests as well as telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. Duties and Responsibilities: Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions. Sorts incoming mail and faxes for guests Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions. Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts. Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests. Make, confirm, and cancel reservations. Posts charges such as laundry, faxes, copies to guest room ledger Must be knowledgeable of all in-house services and be able to assist customers when questioned. Room directions along with hotel outlets along with hours of operation must be explained to all customers.  Previous hotel experience a must.  Marriott experience preferred.


Qualifications: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is strongly preferred

Experience in a customer service industry is required

Hours: varies, 7 days a week

$11/hr starting
